1. Get Machine ID
Help → 3rd Party Licensing. Vendor name is StockwarsLLC. Put your name in User Defined ID and send the generated Machine ID through support.
Read this after checkout
Install the strategy. Load the right template.
Use the NinjaTrader Control Center Strategies tab. Load the correct template, ticker, timeframe, and account before enabling anything.
First run is Sim only. Do not enable a live account until the template, ticker, timeframe, account, and historical performance check match what is expected.
Setup path
Do these six things in order.

2. Import package
Tools → Import → NinjaScript Add-On. Select the official EzAlgos .zip file. Do not unzip it first.
3. Install templates
Create the exact template folders under Documents → NinjaTrader 8 → templates → Strategy, then place each XML template file in the matching folder.
4. Add strategy
Control Center → Strategies tab → right-click → New Strategy. Select the EzAlgos strategy you are setting up.
5. Load template
In the Strategies tab, select the current NQ contract, 1-minute timeframe, and the matching template. Confirm the account before enabling.
6. Verify and test
Confirm Sim account, current NQ contract, 1-minute timeframe, template, quantity, and 90 Days to load. Then right-click and review historical performance.
If it fails
Do not guess. Screenshot the error, settings panel, ticker, timeframe, and account. Open a Discord support ticket.
Machine ID and package import

The top sections show where to find 3rd Party Licensing and how to import the strategy package. After import, use the Control Center Strategies tab for setup.
The strategy file gets imported as a .zip. Do not unzip it. For setup, use Control Center → Strategies tab, not chart right-click setup.
Template files
Install the XML templates before loading them.
NinjaTrader only shows strategy templates when the XML files sit inside the correct strategy-template folders. Folder names must match exactly.

Do not rename the folders. Do not place the XML files directly in the Strategy folder. Put each XML file inside the folder that matches the strategy.
Template check
Load the right template in the Strategies tab.
The template is the part customers miss. Install the XML template files first, then load the right template from the Strategies tab.
Template rule
Use the exact template provided for the strategy you are running. Vision templates belong in TestVision. EzSwing templates belong in EzSwingTrader.
For both Vision and EzSwing, verify the current NQ contract, 1-minute timeframe, and 90 Days to load unless support gives you different instructions.
After loading the template, right-click the strategy in the Strategies tab and review historical performance. It should be close to the expected result before you run Sim.

Open the Strategies tab
In NinjaTrader Control Center, open the Strategies tab. Right-click and choose New Strategy.

Add the strategy
Right-click inside the Strategies tab → New Strategy → select the EzAlgos strategy.

Load the template
Use the template dropdown inside the strategy settings window. Pick the template from TestVision or EzSwingTrader, depending on the strategy.

Check the required fields
Confirm account, quantity, current NQ contract, 1-minute timeframe, 90 Days to load, and any required template notes.

Enable in Sim
Before enabling, right-click the strategy and review Historical Performance. It should match the expected result before you run Sim.

These are the only checks customers need at this stage.
If any item is wrong, do not enable the strategy.
First Sim run
- Add the strategy in the Control Center Strategies tab.
- Load the correct template and confirm ticker, timeframe, account, and quantity.
- Right-click the strategy and check historical performance against the expected result.
- Enable the strategy on Sim only after the historical check looks correct.
- Open a ticket if the historical performance does not match or anything looks off.
Do not tune parameters during the first run. Get the install, template, ticker, timeframe, historical performance, and account correct first.

Fix the common issues first.
